Clients come to me because they want to embark on a change but feel a bit lost or ambivalent about where to start. I take a bespoke approach with all my clients meaning no matter what your confidence level I can tailor sessions to help you achieve the changes you want and at a pace that you are comfortable with.

Who am I...

My name is Michelle Dean and I've been successfully coaching people through significant life events for over two decades.

It started informally whilst I was working with people in prison, who were often dejected and wanted to turn their lives around. I realised at this point that being highly empathic complimented helping others to make the changes in their lives that they wanted.

In my own life I have always had the drive to develop myself and from career changes, divorce, moving overseas, getting my degree at 40 and more recently training as a coach. I have realised that proper support is directly linked to whether you move forward or stick and this is where I come in. As a certified coach, I have had the pleasure of connecting and learning from other successful coaching professionals worldwide to gain a deeper understanding of how to be a great coach. This coupled with my life experience puts me in a great position to help you drive you forward.

Aimed at anyone considering life changes who want to talk things through. Whether it be starting a business, relationships, work or confidence building. By focussing on the specifics early we will define a strategy for our sessions to help you move forward in a practical and planned way. Interview Preparation

I teach managers how to be leaders by enhancing their understanding of people and their communication skills.
